How to leave a Legacy

Arranging to leave a legacy in your Will is simple.

If you have already made a Will, the simplest way to leave a legacy to the Conservative Foundation is by means of a Codicil or by a Letter of Wishes. Alternatively, if you are preparing a new Will, there are four common types of legacy you can use to leave a gift to the Conservative Foundation. These include;

  • a residuary gift
  • a cash or pecuniary gift
  • a specific gift
  • a reversionary gift

The standard wording for any of the above methods can be made available to you by contacting us on Tel: 020 7984 8035 or email us at info@theconservativefoundation.co.uk and asking for more information.
