The Conservative Party Foundation was established to support the Conservative Party financially in the long-term, as it seeks to promote, sustain and defend the values we believe in. While an integral part of the Conservative family, the Foundation is a separate company with an independent Board of directors.

The capital raised by the Foundation is placed in an endowment fund. This means that Benefactors' gifts are largely ring-fenced and protected and remain forever for the benefit of the Party and for future generations of Conservative supporters.

The Foundation's Board of directors will donate funds to the Party in a controlled way, especially to support it during election periods.

Whenever a gift is received by the Foundation, the Board will donate 10% of it to the Benefactor's local Conservative Association.
