For a company or association to make a donation
A donation to the Foundation must in the first instance be made to the Conservative Party, accompanied by a letter of wishes that the donation is forwarded to the Foundation.
To make a donation to the Foundation, you will need to be eligible to make a donation to a political party in accordance with the provisions of The Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act of 2000.
Donations can be received from UK registered companies, UK registered limited liability partnerships and UK based unincorporated associations, among others.
